Since 2013, Erik has served as the Principal of Tre Fratelli Consulting. Erik has served over 100 clients. Before founding Tre Fratelli Consulting, Erik served as Executive Pastor and served on many non-profit boards. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and an MBA.
